電子控制調(diào)速系統(tǒng)：采用了調(diào)速執(zhí)行器RE2800與控制器的搭配，海茵茨曼電子控制器MVC 01-24輸出0~1A調(diào)速信號到RE2800內(nèi)置電磁線圈，由電磁線圈產(chǎn)生電磁力大小來控制RE2800的輸出供油量大小，進而有效的控制了發(fā)動機的柴油供給，對發(fā)動機燃氣高替代率的實現(xiàn)提供了技術(shù)保障。相比較于傳統(tǒng)機械液壓調(diào)速器，RE2800電子液壓調(diào)速器的扭力大、可靠性高，集成了海茵茨曼電子控制器的優(yōu)勢，調(diào)速性能及控制精度屬于比較高水平。調(diào)速器現(xiàn)大量應(yīng)用于MAN的2131機型上，技術(shù)成熟可靠。
